Research Project: Assessing U.S. Living Lab Initiatives for Sustainability and Their Potential Application in Japan
Nobuhiro Mitsuoka holds a B.Sc.CS from Yamaguchi University, a M.P.A. from Waseda University, and an EMBA from Peking University. He has been at Nippon Telegraph and Telephone (NTT) as a system engineer and project manager since 2002 and has most recently held the position of First Secretary Diplomat of Embassy of Japan’s Economic Section in China. Mr. Mitsuoka is a project manager certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI). He is one of the climate change leaders certified by former U.S. Vice President Al Gore, as well as the president of a volunteer organization for disaster relief in Tohoku, Kumamoto, and Hiroshima. During the 2022–23 academic year, Mr. Mitsuoka’s project will examine U.S. living lab initiatives for sustainability and their potential application in Japan.
